Vanilla Cupcakes With Chocolate Frosting


Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

What you need:

1½ cups flour
8 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
½ cup sour cream
1 large egg
2 large egg yolks
1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Direction:

In a bowl whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add butter, sour cream, egg, egg yolks, and vanilla.
Using a hand mixer, beat at medium speed until smooth.

Divide batter evenly of prepared tin.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Frosting

1 pack chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
a teaspoon vanilla

Combine chocolate chips, sugar, and milk in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir constantly until mixture boils, let it boil for only two minutes.
Remover from heat, then adds vanilla.

Let it cool.
When cool, beat until frosting is creamy.
Apply to cupcakes.


Today is the first time (ever) that I posted the recipe here on this blog. Part of my new year’s goal was to continue my baking adventures. So here it is. Although I’ve been baking this vanilla cupcakes before, I would still want to share it with you. So today I bake them. So easy to make and so yummy. Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting you will always love.
