Mini Chocolate Layer Cake

Here’s another dessert I served at my 30th birthday party. My first ever attempt at making a mini chocolate cake. It looks pretty and tastes delicious. If you haven’t tried making it, try! It is easy and simple. I’m in new adventures of baking and cooking and learning all the way. This blog is where I share my recipes I’ve learned and still want to learn. Chocolate Mini Layer Cake:

You Will Need:

Chocolate Cake

Cake Cutter (small round  cake cutter)
Sprinkles
1 cup Whip/heavy cream
2 tablespoon sugar

How to Make The Frosting :

In a large bowl pour all your whip/heavy cream
Add sugar.
Using an electric mixer mix all together until soft and fluffy.

Mini Layer Cake Method:

Using cake cutter cut your chocolate cake into small circles.
Lay one round cake on the table, add frosting on top, add one mini cake.
Again add frosting on top of the cake and then add another mini cake on top.
Decorate the top of your mini cake with frosting and add sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy.
