Vigeland Park

Finally a new post from our weekend trip to Oslo, Norway. On our second day, we visited Vigeland Sculpture Park. I honestly no idea why I haven’t heard about this park knowing that it is one of the most famous parks in the world. If it wasn’t our friend’s idea to come here we wouldn’t have come here on our own because we don’t know-how. But thankfully our dear friend who happened to be our tour guide on that trip was with us. She’s a Norwegian so of course, she knows all the things to see and do in Norway as well as the local transportation. We were walking and taking trains on this trip. And it was easy for us having her as our guide. Plus Yanna likes her so much that she always wanted to sit beside her and keep asking about her until now that we are home. They made good friends. :)

I was so surprised once I entered the gate. I thought it was just a normal park, but then I saw it was so big and beautiful. It was a perfect place to chill out and relax. If you have nothing to do, you could just stay there for one day or hours and enjoy the park. It’s truly a work of art. If you know about the famous angry baby, there you can see! And again, I’ve never heard about it until I was there taking photos of the angry baby. Have you visited Vigeland Park? Sorry for posting a lot of photos. Too many to choose from and I’d like to post as many as I want to document that visit. :)
