Recipe: Easy Pork Fried Rice


Looking for an easy recipe to cook for dinner or lunch? Something really fast? Well, here’s a quick recipe I often cook at home. It’s my own way of cooking it. You can add more ingredients if desired like carrots or etc.

Easy Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients:

3 tablespoon cooking oil
cube sliced cooked pork
garlic chopped
2 eggs
2 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoon soy sauce (more if needed)

Cooking Method:

In a pan put cooking oil. Add garlic stirring constantly.
In a bowl beat two eggs.
Add rice to the pan, stirring constantly. Put little space in the middle of the rice and put beaten eggs. Wait for a minute or two before mixing all together.
Add sliced cooked pork.
Add soy sauce.
Mix well all together until cook.
Serve while hot.
